The event registration form registers you for the chosen event. Data is not transferred outside the European Union. Mandatory data is retained until the request has been processed.

7.    Newsletter

The newsletter mailing service involves the processing of personal data under the responsibility of the site editor. As part of the management of this newsletter, we manage subscriptions and compile statistics linked to this service. The data comes from the registration by the person wishing to subscribe to the service in the dedicated registration field on this website. Only personal data provided voluntarily and expressly by persons requesting subscription to the newsletter service are processed and fall within the scope of consent in accordance with Article 6.1 a of the RGPD. We retain your e-mail address until you notify us that you wish to unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.

8. Registration form for calls for applications, projects and scientific prizes

The registration form for a call for applications, a call for projects, or a scientific prize is a processing of personal data under the responsibility of the site editor. The data comes from the registration by the person wishing to interact with the site editor in the dedicated fields of the form. Only personal data provided voluntarily and expressly by you are processed and fall under consent in accordance with Article 6.1 a of the RGPD. The data collected is as follows: name or company name, e-mail address, subject and content of the message, attachment. This data is mandatory for the processing of your request and we assure you that no automated decision-making is based on the basis of this collection. The recipients of this data are the members of the selection committee, the supervisors mentioned by the applicant, and the members of the FMJH, as part of their webmaster and website hosting duties. The registration form for a call for applications, a call for projects or a scientific prize registers you for the chosen call. The aim is to process applications fairly and on the basis of information. Data is not transferred outside the European Union. The names of prize-winners may be published on the FMJH website. 9.    Rights to your personal data
